Welcome to Parchi Entry ("Service", "Software", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, installing, or subscribing to our Chrome Extension and Web Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Nature of Service & SaaS Delivery

Parchi Entry is a cloud-assisted productivity and automation software designed to assist data operators with rapid medical and dispensing data entry. The Service is provided on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) subscription model.

2. Subscription Plans & Pricing

We offer transparent and tiered subscription options. Subscriptions provide monthly credits and validity access:

        💳 Payment Processing: All subscription transactions are securely processed via PayU Payments Private Limited (RBI authorized payment aggregator). We do not store or process your banking passwords, card numbers, or UPI PINs.
      

3. Account Registration & Single Device Binding

You must sign in using a verified Google Account.
To protect security and quota fairness, an account is bound to a single active device.
Sharing accounts or attempting concurrent logins across multiple devices without authorization is prohibited.

4. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You agree to use Parchi Entry solely for lawful data entry and management tasks.
Automated tampering, reverse-engineering, decompiling, or spoofing server requests is strictly prohibited.
Zero Tolerance for Abuse: Creating duplicate accounts or self-referring to exploit trial credits will result in immediate and permanent account suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, trademarks, software code, UI designs, and algorithms related to Parchi Entry are the exclusive property of the developer. No portion of the software may be copied, modified, or distributed without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party server downtime, browser updates, or internet outages.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Rajasthan, India.
