Your privacy is of utmost importance to Parchi Entry. This Privacy Policy outlines what information we collect, how we handle and protect it, and your rights as a valued user.
1. Information We Collect
We only collect minimal, necessary data required to deliver and authenticate our subscription services:
- Account Profile: Email address and profile name provided via Google OAuth Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Subscription & Usage Metadata: Active subscription tier (e.g. ₹399, ₹299, ₹249), credit quota balance, expiry date, and plan activation logs.
- Device Identifier (Hash): An anonymous hardware hash used strictly to prevent unauthorized multi-device sharing and duplicate trial abuse.
- Support Communications: Queries, messages, or emails sent to our support desk.
2. What We DO NOT Collect
- We NEVER store or process your banking credentials, UPI PINs, debit/credit card numbers, or passwords. All transactions are handled directly by PCI-DSS compliant PayU payment servers.
- We DO NOT collect or sell your personal browsing history, keystrokes, or private files.
🔒 Payment Security (PayU Integration): Payment processing occurs on 128-bit SSL encrypted pages hosted by PayU Payments Private Limited. PayU is an RBI-licensed payment aggregator complying with the highest level of PCI-DSS Tier-1 security standards.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To authenticate your login and grant access to the Parchi Entry Chrome Extension and dashboard.
- To track credit quotas and automatically apply eligible subscription discounts (e.g. ₹249 VIP rate upon completing 2 referrals).
- To communicate essential service notifications, plan renewal reminders, and security alerts.
- To prevent fraud, account takeover, and automated abuse.
4. Data Storage & Protection
All user records and session tokens are stored in highly secure, encrypted PostgreSQL databases hosted with Supabase with Row Level Security (RLS) policies. Communication between your browser and our servers occurs strictly over encrypted HTTPS protocols.
5. Third-Party Disclosures
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third parties. We share data only with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our platform under strict confidentiality agreements:
- PayU India: To process subscription payments and issue invoice receipts.
- Supabase: For cloud database hosting and user authentication.
6. Data Retention & Account Deletion
We retain your account data for as long as your account remains active. If you wish to delete your account and associated records, you may email our support team at Contact Us, and your profile will be permanently purged within 7 business days.
